Pool service in North Lauderdale, FL

Most North Lauderdale homes date from the 1970s and 1980s and sit on tight lots, so the pool is close to the house, the fence and the neighbor's trees. Smaller pools swing in chemistry faster after a hard rain.

Weekly testing catches that swing before the water turns.

A lot of North Lauderdale lives in townhome and villa communities with one shared pool. We service those on a fixed schedule with readings logged for the association.

On pools this age, the equipment pad has usually been through a few owners and a few repairs. Mismatched fittings, an undersized pump or a timer that no longer keeps time are common finds. We sort out what can be repaired and what should be replaced.
