Pool service in Parkland, FL

Heron Bay and Parkland Golf & Country Club are built around fairways and lakes, and many backyards face one or the other. Wind off that open ground carries clippings, sand and fertilizer into the pool, which feeds algae and pushes phosphates up. These pools need steady brushing, clean baskets and a filter kept on schedule.

Both communities are gated, with association standards for how a backyard looks. Add us to the gate or vendor list once and we handle the rest.

The newer communities off Hillsboro Boulevard on the west side, like MiraLago, Watercrest and Parkland Bay, mostly pair the pool with a spa. Expect a variable speed pump, a salt system, a heat pump and automation you run from your phone. The equipment is new, but pump schedules, salt output and heater settings all have to be set right for the water to stay clear.

We check those settings every visit and adjust them as the seasons change, so the system works for the pool instead of against it.

In Pine Tree Estates and the Parkland Ranches, lots are large and many pools sit in the open, without a screen enclosure. Leaves, grass and dust land in the water every day, and long pipe runs out to a distant equipment pad make leaks harder to spot. A water level that drops faster than evaporation explains is the first sign.

Estate pools often add water features, a sheer descent or a separate spa, and each one adds a pump or valve to keep running. We service the whole system, not just the main pool.

A Parkland pool and spa share the same water but not the same workload. The spa runs hotter, so chlorine burns off faster and scale builds quicker on the heater and salt cell. We balance both, clean the cell when it scales and catch heater faults before the first winter cold front.

When a part fails, we repair or replace it: pumps, motors, heaters, heat pumps, salt cells, valves, plumbing and the electrical parts that run them.

Parkland is the last stop before the Everglades conservation lands, and from June through October storms build over that open country most afternoons. Heavy rain dilutes the water and wind drives debris into unscreened pools fast. Weekly visits through the wet season keep a stormy week from becoming a green pool.

After a storm passes, we clear the debris, clean the filter and rebalance the water before algae gets a start.
