This website is run by SLM USA Service Corp, doing business as SLM Pool Services ("we" or "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. The pool service itself is covered by the quote or service agreement you accept with us.

Everything here, including service descriptions, plans, example prices, guides and answers to common questions, is general information. It is not an offer, and it may change without notice. We work to keep it accurate, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete or current at all times.

Sending the quote form, calling or texting us does not create a contract and does not book a service day. Your price, schedule, what is included, payment and cancellation are confirmed with you in writing.

If anything on this website differs from your written proposal or service agreement, the written quote or agreement controls.

Our guides explain how pools work so you can make good decisions. Pool chemicals and equipment can cause serious injury if handled wrong. If you work on your own pool:

• Read and follow every product label. The label is the rule.
• Never mix chemicals with each other, especially chlorine products and acid. Add chemicals to water, never water to chemicals.
• Wear eye protection and gloves, work in fresh air, and keep chemicals dry, sealed and away from children and pets.
• Turn off power at the breaker before touching a pump, heater, timer or salt system. Electrical and gas work belongs to a licensed professional.
• Keep people out of the water until chemistry is back in a safe range.

When in doubt, stop and call a professional.

Every pool is different: size, equipment, finish, sun, trees and how it has been kept all change the outcome. Following a guide on this site does not promise any particular result, and you are responsible for the work you choose to do yourself and for following product directions and local rules.

Please do not:

• Send false information or someone else's details through the quote form
• Send spam, automated submissions or anything harmful through the site
• Try to break, overload or get around the site's security or spam protection
• Copy or scrape the site in bulk

The text, design, logo and graphics on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You are welcome to read, print or share pages for personal use. Please ask before reusing our content anywhere else.

The site links to other services, such as Google reviews and maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the website, express or implied, including that it will always be available or free of errors. This does not change any warranty we give you in writing for a service or repair.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Broward County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
